Refused delivery and return orders

UPS or FedEx refused deliveries or return orders will be charged a 20% restocking fee plus the original return shipping cost. Common carriers who refuse delivery or return orders will be charged a 20% restocking fee plus freight charges both ways. All return orders must be sent back in their original condition within 30 days of the original purchase date. Original shipping costs for your orders under our free shipping offer will not be refunded. Clean Team Water Solutions, does not accept return items that have been installed, used, or that have opened packaging.

Order cancellation
Any orders canceled prior to shipment will be charged a 6% cancellation fee. Once an order has shipped, the order cannot be canceled. It can only be returned for refused less shipping stocking fees.

Return merchandise

Clean Team water solutions, must be contacted prior to the return of any items found to be defective in materials or workmanship by the manufacture within the applicable manufactures warranty. Performance issues are not warranty issues. If your item is not functioning as it should contact our customer support and someone will assist with the issues. Any damage claim must be made within 15 days of delivery. Most warranty or damage claim approvals take 4 to 6 weeks to process. Original sale price refunds less original shipping fees will only be given if return items are received in a reasonable condition for resale.
